Red Sky At Night is a film production company founded by new filmmaker, Peter Shepherd.
When we set out earlier in 2017, we aimed to develop projects that inspire and entertain. Now, with just a few months under our belt, we are already on our way to achieving our goal.
Our first short-film 'Slime' was released on December 6th and was met with rave reviews amongst viewers. We are now discussing our second project which we hope
to release in the early months of 2018.
About Peter...
'I am a twenty-three-year-old, new filmmaker. Most of my filmmaking experience
comes from working with stop-motion animation. I would pull apart found objects, shape them into little characters and bring them to life on my dining room table.
For my first live-action project, I crafted a story that is unique, but also reflects the type of film I like to watch. My film, 'Slime', is essentially a comedy but there are tragic themes that play throughout. These are two elements that I think work agreeably together.
In 2018, I look to work with new filmmakers like myself, on projects that everyone can enjoy and reflect on, and hopefully, help shape the future of filmmaking!'
